Kolton Miller
During the 2018 NFL Draft, the Raiders shocked the football landscape when they selected Kolton Miller with their first round pick. The first pick of Jon Gruden’s second tenure with the organization, it has taken Miller a bit to get his feet wet, but he could be on the verge of becoming a dominant left tackle.
After a rookie season in which Miller struggled with injuries and consistency, he rebounded to have a very solid second season. So this is a sort of an iffy one to call, as the Raiders organization have already begun to praise Miller, and have elevated the hype surrounding him by stating he could be destined for a Pro Bowl season.
Although at this point, it is just hype, nevertheless, Miller had a great sophomore season after a very disappointing one as a rookie. He improved in nearly every facet, cutting his penalties in half, as well as only allowing seven sacks, which was down from 16 as a rookie.
If Miller can stay healthy, the third-year man could very well end up being one of the best offensive linemen on a stacked line. Eyebrows were raised when he started as a rookie at left tackle, but he can surprise even more with a Pro Bowl season in 2020.
