The Las Vegas Raiders have a special talent at the tight end position, and he could put together the franchise’s second 100-catch in team history.

Since coming over to the Raiders franchise, tight end Darren Waller has been nothing short of magnificent. After showing flashes of brilliance during the 2018 season, Waller exploded onto the scene in 2019, hauling in 90 catches for over 1,000 yards in a break out season.

We have already discussed at length the talent that Waller has, and the fact that he could be entering his first Pro Bowl season. In fact, he is so highly rated at his position group that he could eventually become an All-Pro, as he has the ability to torment defenses with his quickness and soft hands.

His 90-catch season was the tenth best in team history in 2019, and he could have easily hauled in ten more catches to become the second Raiders player to ever record a 100-catch season. If I were a betting man, I would definitely say that Waller will come close to that once again, as the Raiders have put some incredibly talented players around him heading into the 2020 campaign.

If he does haul in 100 catches, he will enter some elite company.
