Las Vegas Raiders fantasy outlook: 2020 Week 3 Sit ‘Em or Start ‘Em

Running Backs

Josh Jacobs – Start ‘Em

Josh Jacobs could not match his gangbusters performance against the Panthers in Week 2 but he still put up a respectable stat line with over 100 total yards on the ground and through the air. It was always going to be tough sledding against a solid Saints front without Trent Brown and Richie Incognito, but Jacobs fought for every bit of those 88 yards on the ground.

He faces a Patriots defense that gave up 154 yards rushing against the Seahawks but 40 of those were from Wilson, so he will have to be at his best to reach the 100-yard mark. His touches have been steady, around 30 per game, and we can expect more of that this week whether on the ground or through the air. Start your RB1 with confidence yet again.

Devontae Booker – Sit ‘Em

Devontae Booker saw just 11 snaps on Monday Night Football so you can keep ignoring him on the waiver wire or stash him on IR or if you have a deep bench as a possible handcuff to Josh Jacobs.

Jalen Richard – Sit ‘Em

Jalen Richard is the Raiders third down back but in an unexpected twist he only has one reception through two games. He usually does his damage when the Raiders are in a two-minute drill but with Jacobs’ expanded role in the passing game we are seeing less and less of Richard.

He had an incredible touchdown run to essentially seal the game but also had a silly fumble that should never have happened. We will put out an APB for Richard but feel free to keep ignoring him.
