Las Vegas Raiders at New England Patriots: Game preview and prediction

Game Preview

Both the Raiders and New England Patriots head into this game fresh off primetime appearances, with the Patriots losing a close one to the Seattle Seahawks on the road on Sunday night. The Raiders are coming off a 34-24 victory over the Saints in Week 3, which was one of the more impressive wins this fan base has seen in quite some time.

New England made the move away from five-time Super Bowl champion quarterback Tom Brady this offseason, as he has moved on to Tampa Bay. In his place, Cam Newton has arrived in style, and now that he is finally healthy, he is starting to once again make plays with his arm, and his legs.

That is going to be a tough task for the Raiders defense on Sunday, who looked so bad early against the Saints, and then rebounded to frustrate Drew Brees and company all day long. Cam presents a whole host of challenges for any defense, and with the Raiders posted only one sack throughout the first two games, getting in his face is going to be paramount on Sunday.
