The Las Vegas Raiders have an elite running back in Josh Jacobs, and he should have lots of room to run in the team’s Week 4 matchup.

Playing without two of their top wide receivers, the Las Vegas Raiders have the luxury of having one of the best running backs in the game to fall back on. Josh Jacobs has dominated the NFL landscape since being taken in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft, and he should find some room to run on Sunday.

Jacobs is coming off a game that saw him rush for over 70 yards on only 16 carries, as he was in the game a little over half the time. Against the Bills, he needs to be on the field a lot more than he was against the New England Patriots, but he was dealing with an injury that kept him out of practice most of the week leading into the game.

Buffalo’s defensive line a good matchup for Raiders

Even without Richie Incognito and Trent Brown out of the lineup, the Raiders offensive line is significantly better than the Bills defensive line. John Simpson and Denzelle Good have filled in admirably in their absence, and Sam Young should be back in the mix after missing the last two games, so there is depth there.

The Raiders interior offensive linemen are big, strong dudes, and they should be able to push around the Bills defensive line, especially if Ed Oliver cannot go. Oliver was limited on Wednesday, and did not practice on Thursday, though he was back to practicing in full on Friday. He is dealing with a knee, so even if he does suit up, he likely will not be 100 percent.

Buffalo allowed 167 yards on the ground to the Los Angeles Rams last weekend, so that should be an area the Raiders key on in Week 4. Luckily, they have the back to do just that.
