Las Vegas Raiders fantasy outlook: 2020 Week 15 Sit ‘Em or Start ‘Em

Running Backs

Josh Jacobs – Start ‘Em

Josh Jacobs had a difficult game against the Colts, and much of that had to do with how the game went. The Raiders were not able to establish the run against a stiff Colts run defense and the game quickly devolved into a shootout, where Carr had to air it out to keep the Raiders in the game.

Jacobs was on track for a solid day, as he hit 49 yards rushing in the third quarter, but once the Colts forced a few turnovers, the script flipped and the Raiders were forced to throw the ball on every down. Ideally, that should not be the case against the Chargers, who the Raiders were able to run all over in their previous matchup.

In the Week 9 duel, Jacobs rushed for 65 yards and a touchdown on just 14 carries, and the Raiders as a team rushed for 160 yards. They punished the Chargers on the ground and will look to do the same on Thursday night.

Keep Jacobs in your lineup and don’t lose faith after his tough afternoon against Indianapolis.

Devontae Booker – Sit ‘Em

Devontae Booker had 68 yards and a touchdown on eight carries in the last matchup with the Chargers but it’s too late in the season to gamble on lightning striking twice. Booker has little fantasy value when he is not the starter and is not worth a start.

Jalen Richard – Sit ‘Em

Jalen Richard finally had his garbage time stats game as he put up 41 total yards on six touches once the Colts pulled away. It was his first time topping the 40-yard mark this season and he should continue to have little fantasy value if the Raiders pull away or are in a competitive game.
