Raiders 2020 Most Improved Player: Nelson Agholor

Last season, for the Philadelphia Eagles, Nelson Agholor had 39 receptions on 69 targets for 363 yards and three touchdowns and was a joke on a news interview.  This season, he had 48 receptions for 896 yards and eight touchdowns, and Raiders fans would like nothing more than for the team to bring him back.

Agholor does deserve a payday this offseason, whether that money comes from the Raiders or some other team.  When the team signed Agholor, there was not much buzz, as he was expected to be just another player in that wide receiver room, but he quickly emerged as a legitimate deep threat and a No. 1 option for Carr in the outside.

The Raiders have tried to fix this wide receiver group in many ways since Mike Mayock arrived, from trading for Antonio Brown, to making Henry Ruggs III the first wideout selected in the 2020 NFL Draft. Outside of Hunter Renfrow, Agholor was the only one who really came in and surprised people with his production, and hopefully, he comes back for another go in the Silver and Black.

Runner Up: Clelin Ferrell
