3 reasons the Las Vegas Raiders should sign J.J. Watt

Bring in a veteran leader in Gus Bradley’s first season as DC
The Las Vegas Raiders brought in Gus Bradley to be their defensive coordinator in 2021, as he will try to right the wrongs from Paul Guenther and the previous staff. In Bradley, the Raiders are getting a quality defensive mind and someone who should do a better job getting the best out of the players currently on the roster.
However, the Raiders struggled on all three levels of the defense last season, and it is not like he is going to be able to come in and flip a switch and make this a top-10 defense. With how good the offense has been the past few seasons, a top-15 defense would likely do the trick, turning the Silver and Black into a playoff contender.
In Watt, the Raiders would be getting not only a solid player still but someone who could serve as a leader for this Las Vegas defense. He is a guy who demands respect, and brings something very special to a locker room, as he is arguably one of the greatest defensive players in the history of the sport.
