The mock draft grind never stops, and this time for the Las Vegas Raiders, we’re looking to upgrade big time on the defensive side of the ball. In our latest 7-round 2021 NFL Mock Draft, we gave Gus Bradley the kind of talent he needs to make this defense one that can actually get stops next season.

In his first season as defensive coordinator, Bradley will be tasked with improving all three levels of the defense. General manager Mike Mayock has stated that the defense needs playmakers on all three levels, and in this mock draft, we give him quite a haul.

Using the Pro Football Network draft simulator, we went round by round and looked to add the best defensive prospects we could find to fix this ailing Raiders’ unit. You won’t find any linebackers early in this draft, as there weren’t a good one to take at the time of our pick, but you will find some significant improvements to the defensive line and multiple attempts to revamp a secondary in need of support.

If left to many fans, the Raiders would go all defense in 2021, so as we get closer to the draft, we decided to give it a try. Here is a breakdown of our full 7-round mock draft.
