Las Vegas Raiders: 3 position groups that must improve in 2021

The Las Vegas Raiders are looking to get back to the playoffs for the first time since 2016, and these three position groups must improve to do so.
There are a lot of reasons to be excited about the 2021 Las Vegas Raiders, especially the fact that fans can actually head inside Allegiant Stadium and see the Silver and Black in person. Also, the front office did a nice job revamping the roster this offseason, focusing on areas of weakness, and building around quarterback Derek Carr.
The AFC West is going to be a tough hill to climb once again in 2021, as the Kansas City Chiefs went to the Super Bowl last season and actually got better this offseason. Justin Herbert proved he is a legitimate starter for the Los Angeles Chargers, and the Denver Broncos also got better on both sides of the ball this offseason.
If the Raiders are to punch their ticket to the playoffs, they are going to have to find a way to win consistently, and beat some tough divisional opponents. However, there are still so many question marks, and we will see early whether or not the front office got it right this offseason.
As we inch closer to the summer, here are three position groups that must improve in order for the Raiders to punch their ticket to the playoffs this season.
