Las Vegas Raiders: 2021 53-man roster prediction after preseason Game No. 2

Defensive End (5): Yannick Ngakoue, Maxx Crosby, Malcolm Koonce, Clelin Ferrell, Carl Nassib

The Las Vegas Raiders have struggled to get a consistent pass rush this preseason, and that is mostly because Yannick Ngakoue and Maxx Crosby are watching instead of playing. Clelin Ferrell has struggled a bit, as he is trying to still be a part of the mix along the edge, and Carl Nassib has not given the team much either.

One bright spot has been Malcolm Koonce, who we believe is going to be the situational pass rusher that the team was hoping Arden Key would be. Koonce has the kind of twitch that you look for in a premier edge rusher and should be able to spell Crosby and Ngakoue when needed this season.

Overall, this is a group that should be solid, especially if the team can get anything of substance from Nassib and Ferrell in the pass rush. We are very excited to see the duo of Ngakoue and Crosby line up in Week 1, as the belief here is that they could both be double-digit sack guys for Gus Bradley in 2021.
