Las Vegas Raiders: 3 New York Giants to Worry About in Week 9

James Bradberry

James Bradberry was easily the best player on the Giants’ defense last season. In that breakout season, Bradberry had 18 passes defended, three interceptions, and two forced fumbles. He also isn’t afraid to get in and tackle, as he logged in 54 total tackles in 2020.

While he hasn’t played at the exact same level this year, he is still a very talented cornerback that needs to be approached with a game plan.

Facing Bradberry could certainly be a challenge for Las Vegas, especially since their receiving core is depleted with the recent loss of second-year receiver Henry Ruggs. It may make sense to not directly attack Bradberry unless someone like Bryan Edwards can use his size to outpower Bradberry.

The better route may be to attack Adoree Jackson or the Giants linebackers, who weren’t very good even before the injuries. Regardless of how Las Vegas decides to the gameplan, it’s important that they don’t overlook Bradberry.
