With the Las Vegas Raiders playoff hopes on life support, they turn in the worst performance of the season and fall to the Chiefs 48-9.

The Las Vegas Raiders took the field before the game and met at midfield at the Chiefs logo in hopes of firing themselves up. Yet, all it ended up doing was fire up the Kansas City Chiefs from the jump, resulting in a first play fumble by running back Josh Jacobs which indicated the way the game was going to go.

The Raiders offense turned the ball over five times, led by two from quarterback Derek Carr, a fumble and an interception, and the fumble would’ve been returned for a touchdown if not for the referee blowing the play dead before the return.  The Raiders’ defense has played very well the last couple of games despite the Raiders’ losing streak, but on Sunday, they reverted back to their old ways.

The Chiefs were able to do whatever they wanted against the Raiders’ defense, and in the end, this was the most embarrassing loss of the season. In fact, it was the Raiders’ worst loss to Kansas City since the rivalry began, so we were witness to history on Sunday.

This was an all-out terrible performance by the entire Raiders team, not just one person or position group, and a performance that will cause the Raiders to clean house next year according to the Athletics Vic Tafur, so let’s take a look at three surprises that took place in Arrowhead Stadium in Week 14
