The Raiders are all in on Derek Carr after acquiring superstar Davante Adams. However, they can still add more weapons to help Carr in the NFL Draft.

Las Vegas doesn’t get to pick until Day 2 of the draft this month unless there’s a trade executed by team brass. Their first pick in the third round (86th overall) could go to drafting the best defensive player available or perhaps picking up an offensive lineman.

Either one of those actions makes sense given what’s transpired this offseason. This is especially true when you consider no major additions were made to the O-line via free agency. Looking back on last season, there is no way the Raiders cannot upgrade along the offensive line, especially with the addition of some key weapons on that side of the ball.

On the other hand, the team has two selections in the fifth round. That means the Raiders have a shot at adding more weaponry to their offensive arsenal. Luckily for general manager Dave Ziegler, there’ll be plenty of talent to choose from. While it is possible the Raiders just stay put with their 3-7 round selections, that does not mean they can’t strike gold as they have in the past.

Let’s take a look.
