Raiders 2022 NFL Draft: Analyzing and Grading each selection

IOL. Memphis. DylanParham. 90. player. Pick Analysis. Scouting Report. 28

Las Vegas started the draft with their first pick being no.86, and that didn’t change, until the team was on the clock. It was then the Raiders traded their current draft pick with the Titans, in exchange for picks 90 and 169.

From there, the Silver and Black selected Dylan Parham, an offensive lineman from Memphis

Parham is extremely intriguing; Three seasons were spent at right guard, one at right tackle, and he’s been projected by scouts to transition best at center. This gives the Raiders all the freedom in the world to start the best five offensive linemen on the roster, without worrying about players needing to be put at one specific position.

In his final year at Memphis, Parham played strictly right guard, allowing just 2 quarterback knockdowns in 545 passing plays, and zero sacks.

Since being drafted, Ziegler has stated the Memphis lineman will have a chance at competing for both the center and guard positions. The Raiders needed an offensive lineman who can block well, and McDaniels wanted someone who can be moved around; Parham checks both of those boxes.
