3 moves Tom Telesco needs to make after getting hired as Raiders GM

The Raiders made a bit of a surprise move on Tuesday, hiring former Chargers general manager Tom Telesco to the same position. Somewhat ironically, it was the blowout loss to the Raiders that got Telesco fired from his Chargers position in the first place. GMs rarely get a second bite at the apple, so in that sense, Telesco's hiring was especially interesting. He comes to Vegas with a strong history of successful drafting, which bodes well for a young Raiders team that is far from a finished product.
