#8 Minnesota Vikings: Brett Hundley, QB UCLA

Rory’s Take: Rick Spielman recently said that he has made mistakes in picking quarterbacks, this makes me think that he and Vikings ownership is pressing for a new quarterback. This may result in a trade but here they go with Hundley.

Chase’s Take: I am not as high on Hundley as you and I think if the Vikings do go with a pick in the first round at QB it will be UCF’s Blake Bortles, who had a better season and is coming off of an impressive Fiesta Bowl win on New Year’s Day over Baylor. Hundley could definitely use another year of seasoning in college as a redshirt sophomore much like Marcus Mariota, but if he does try and make the jump there will be a team that takes him either in the first round or very soon afterwards.
