#8 Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie

Age 28

2013 Stats: 31 tackles, 3 INTs, 1 TD

DRC may be the most overrated player in this free agent market. He has all the physical talent, but he doesn’t tackle, he is massively inconsistent, and his success this season came from being on a team that put up huge points which forced teams to pass and limited play action making it harder to fool the coverage. He doesn’t seem to have a skill set that matches what the Raiders want because they emphasize a physical cornerback that will be a force in the run game.

Chance he signs with Oakland: 10%
