General Manager Reggie McKenzie put together a 2014 draft that some observers have called the Raiders’ best draft in decades, finding players with the ability to make an instant impact in the early rounds, while getting players with a lot of talent and upside in the later rounds. He also swiftly moved in on the Undrafted Free Agent rookie class, signing a number of talented players who had been overlooked in the draft.
