In this final installment of our Combine watch list series, we will focus on five players outside of the identified need groups (safeties, centers, middle linebackers, defensive linemen and wideouts) who have the potential to upgrade a position group and become valuable role players or backups for the Raiders.
These players, none of whom are among the highest-rated prospects at their position or the most highly-touted athletes in the draft, project to the late rounds of the draft, but have shown something that may make them quality late picks for a team like the Raiders looking to stockpile young talent with every selection.

This group includes two cornerbacks, two running backs and a tight end. While the Raiders have identified probable or potential starters at these positions among their recent draft selections, there is always room to improve the position group or add special teams value with these groups.
Reggie McKenzie, who has done very well in scouting and finding late-round talent that can contribute on the field, will undoubtedly be looking at some or all of these players at the Combine next week.
