Denver Broncos

Have the Denver Broncos finally arrived, and are they ready to make noise in the division? Not so fast, but they did come away with their second victory of the season against the Tenessee Titans, and they owe it 100 percent to their defense. The Broncos scored just one touchdown, but shutout Marcus Mariota, for a final score of 16-0 for the win.

The Broncos had seven sacks on the day, the first occurrence since back in 2015 which was their Super Bowl-winning season. Mariota completed just 38 percent of his passes and had two interceptions. The performance was bad enough to warrant a benching, with the Titans opting for Ryan Tannehill.

He was no help either, as he had an interception himself and was sacked four times during his appearance. After back-to-back wins, its clear that the Broncos will only go as far as the defense can take them this season.
