Las Vegas Raiders are all set at the safety position after Day 2

Raiders bring back KuJo
First up for the newly formed safety nucleus is Karl Joseph. For any Raider fan who has been under a rock as of late, yes, it is that Karl Joseph. The former first-round pick of the Raiders is back on a one-year deal, and after a season spent away in Cleveland, is back to regain a starting spot in Las Vegas.
The 27-year-old Joseph was a solid pickup for the Raiders in the offseason, and although he may not be the flashiest or biggest name safety out there, it is a huge improvement over the likes of Heat, still a Raider, and Erik Harris who departed for the Atlanta Falcons via free agency.
Look for Joseph to be a veteran presence for this secondary, and will look to bring consistency to the safety position. Raider Nation are you still mad about the team’s selection of Alex Leatherwood at No. 17 overall? The answer is probably not.
