With the 220th overall selection, the Raiders draft an absolute mountain of a man in defensive tackle Brodric Martin out of Western Kentucky. Martin measures in at just under 6-5 and 330 pounds. He is a prototypical nose tackle and could become a great run defender for the Raiders.

He started his career at the FCS level with North Alabama before transferring to Western Kentucky in 2021 and earning honorable mention all-CUSA awards with the Hilltoppers. He was not invited to the NFL combine but had a good showing at his pro day and looks like a legitimate nose tackle prospect because of his size and strength.

Martin projects as a rotational defensive tackle and is exactly the type of guy that you want in the middle of your defense to draw double teams and clog up running lanes.
