This game features two teams that are trending in different directions heading into the final quarter of the 2017 NFL regular season. While the Raiders have fought their way back to .500, the Chiefs have blown a huge divisional lead to find themselves in the midst of a three-way tie.

Oakland has won four of its last six games and three of its last four. That being said, the Raiders haven’t beaten a team during that six-game stretch that currently has a winning record. The Chiefs were 5-1 at the time of their Week 7 meeting earlier in the season.

Kansas City has lost six of its last seven games and four games in a row. The last time the Chiefs won a game it was the end of October, when they bested the even worse Denver Broncos at home by 10 points. Denver hasn’t won a game since Oct. 1, as the Broncos are riding an eight-game losing streak.

While the Raiders may have benefited from beating bad teams, a win is a win. The Raiders don’t get to control who they play each week, so let’s hope the Silver and Black take advantage of a Chiefs team that hasn’t looked this bad since the 2012 season. Let’s get it done, boys!
